Posaura provides discovery, booking and payment technology. The independent shop provides and is responsible for the appointment, its safety, quality, prices and policies.
Demos and sponsored listings
Demo · preview listings are illustrative and cannot accept real bookings or payments. Sponsored listings may receive paid placement; this is not a guarantee or endorsement.
Bookings, payments and cancellations
Your service contract is with the shop. Checkout shows whether you pay in-shop, a deposit or in full. Stripe or another provider processes online payment. Shop cancellation/no-show policies shown at booking apply only where lawful. Contact the shop first about refunds; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Accounts, health information and reviews
Provide accurate information, secure your account and do not misuse Posaura. Give only relevant health/allergy details; shops remain responsible for consultations and professional suitability. Reviews must be genuine and lawful.
Liability, law and contact
Nothing excludes liability where unlawful, including fraud, negligence causing death/personal injury, or consumer rights. English and Welsh law applies subject to mandatory UK protections.
