Who is responsible
Posaura controls account, marketplace, security, support and Posaura marketing data. Shops normally independently control information used to provide appointments and meet their obligations.
Data and purposes
We use account/contact, booking, payment/refund, reviews, support, device/security, permitted location and relevant allergy/health data to perform contracts, meet legal duties, protect and improve the service, and where needed with consent. Explicit consent is used for health information unless another legal condition applies.
Sharing and transfers
Bookings are shared with the shop/team. Providers include Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe, Resend, maps/geocoding, monitoring and advisers. We do not sell personal data. International transfers use adequacy decisions, the UK IDTA/Addendum or another lawful safeguard.
Retention and rights
We retain data only for operational, dispute, fraud, tax, accounting and legal needs, then delete or anonymise it. You may have access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and consent-withdrawal rights. You can object to marketing anytime and complain to the ICO.
Security, cookies and children
We use access controls, encrypted transport and monitoring. Essential storage supports sign-in, security and preferences; non-essential technology requires consent where applicable.
